Plans for Giorgio Armani’s new luxury property project have been revealed.
The King of high fashion is set to design the interiors of a residential apartment block spanning more than 129,200 sq ft. in Via Cavour, Rome.

A plot in Scotland’s highly exclusive Archerfield luxury residential estate has been sold for £250,000- a quarter of it’s actual value of £1.1 million.

Prices of luxury property in London have risen for the first time in 18 months.
According to Estate Agents Savills, the prices of luxury London homes worth between $1.7 and $6.6 million rose by 4.3% in the 2nd quarter of 2009.
It’s a sure sign that the housing market is recovering after the recession according to experts. A BNP Paribas economist told Forbes.com “The Savills data is the latest of several indicators that have suggested that the worst is in the past.”
Property market analysts are also saying that it’s the previous lowering of property prices combined with the weakness of the British Pound that make London attractive to those with funds to invest.
King of pop Michael Jackson was famous for his expensive and ostentatious luxury lifestyle habits. Pictures of his Beverly Hills mansion with a rental agreement set at $100,000 per month follows his similar excessive lease on a London home reported by Inside Lux earlier this month.

Michael Jackson is reported to have paid £1 million to rent a large country house near the edge of an ancient 22-mile maze of haunted passageways.
The undisclosed home is thought to be close to the Chislehurst Caves in Bromley, in the south-east suburbs of London.
The three-storey pile – built in the 1800s – has quarters for 20 staff as well as an underground cinema, music room, indoor swimming pool, lake and private wood.
Closed circuit television cameras and state-of-the-art alarm systems will prevent fans getting anywhere near the star during his series of 50 concerts.
