Blancpain has finally released its new limited edition 500 Fathoms Cannes 2009 timepiece unveiled at Baselworld earlier this year; the release was at Cannes International Boat Show to commemorate Blancpain’s 5th participation in the event.
Keeping with its tradition and historical ties with the maritime world, the Blancpain story is inscribed on the dial of the 500 Fathoms timepiece in “navy” blue; the brushed titanium case features double AR-coated sapphire crystals and is powered by the automatic Blancpain caliber 1315 movement with 35 jewels.
