New York City’s West Village currently holds five Marc Jacobs shopping establishments. Making it an even six, his Bleeker St take-over will expand with the young designer opening doors to none other than a bookstore. The space in question was for 20 years the Biography Book Stop, and now displays a sign on the window saying “A bookstore will be opening here Winter 2010.”
Rumored to be called Bookmarc, there are a number of products coming out to support Marc’s newest endeavor. Marc by Marc Jacobs brand pencil cases, book covers and coloring pencils are coming out just in time to send your kids to school fashionably equipped.
