A new exclusive private members resort called Dall House is to be created in Kinloch Rannoch, Scotland. You can join as long as you have liquid assets worth £100million or more!
Members of Dall House will pay a £2million joining fee and around £500,000 a year in further rates in order to enjoy the privacy, security and tranquility of the new luxury resort.
Prices per night for a room will start at £6,000 with the best suites costing £14,000 a night.
The plans state that the former private school Rannoch School will be redeveloped and the grounds around it will be utilized as part of the Dall House resort.
According to developers Dall Estate and Malcolm James Developments “The philosophy behind the vision for the development is to create the optimum in luxury which caters exclusively for guests who will enjoy the very finest experience.”
Dall House will include a luxury hotel, a plastic surgery clinic run by the world’s leading surgeons, a spa and 2 18 hole golf courses with obligatory clubhouse. There’s also expected to be 98 houses built on the plot and a music venue.
Building the resort is expected to take roughly 3 years during which time 2,200 new jobs in Scotland would be created.
