Sass & Bide is the creation of Sarah Jane Clark & Heidi Middleton.
This year marks the Australian designer duo’s tenth anniversary of their in Sydney based inception.
The fashion label has become known for its cool and sassy aesthetic.
Evolving from an underground phenomena in Australia the label now is internationally successful and importing all three of their distinct ranges to USA, Europe, South-East Asia, and the Middle East.
After last year’s sell-out success with ‘Black Rat jean-legging hybrid frenzy’, Sass & Bide’s newest range of summer jean and trouser styles are flying of the rails.
The designer’s attempt to use classic items and a basis for a high fashion result is now more than achieved.
“The Cracker Jacs, Neon Nights and Starting Something are our take on old faithful – great fabrics and fits. We’ve given them enough of an edge to make them new again,” so Clarke and Middleton.
When asked about their inspiration and concept behind their success, the poetic designer duo reveals:
“The new grace is a wonderfully dark contradiction of strength and structure against romance and fluidity. It is very much true to the Sass & Bide heart.”
Who does not fall, for high honest fashion coming straight from the heart?
