It seems Kate Moss is about to start playing with the big boys as she plans to go into business with mega entrepreneurs, Sir Phillip Green and Simon Cowell, in a venture that will see her net fortune double in the first year to $200million (approx. £100 million).
The new fashion and entertainment business will not only own Simon Cowell’s show, Britain’s got talent, but it will also expand into merchandising that will be sold in Green’s stores. As one of the most iconic models style icons of our time, Moss has been given power of the fashion side of the business and will also see her pulling from her vast range of contacts (ones that Sir Phillip Green and Simon Cowell may not necessarily have) in order to sign new bands and really get them onto the scene. I imagine that this partnership will be a huge success for the trio, particularly for Kate Moss who has enjoyed great triumph in recent years for her last business deal with Sir Phillip Green which was of course her own line for Topshop. One can only recognize that she is slowly becoming an unstoppable force.
