Plans for Giorgio Armani’s new luxury property project have been revealed.
The King of high fashion is set to design the interiors of a residential apartment block spanning more than 129,200 sq ft. in Via Cavour, Rome.
The project is a collaboration between Armani/Casa, Doughty Hanson & Co European Real Estate and property developer Europe Resources.
Armani told the press “The scheme was conceived from the desire to transform the ancient buildings of a quarter on the slopes of the
Palatine Hill into a prestigious, sophisticated, cutting-edge residential complex.”
The project has been named Cavour220 and in total there will be 62 apartments in the new building. Each apartment will have it’s own customised floor plan and buyers will be able to pick and choose from a selection of recommended furnishings from the Armani/Casa range.
Residents of the building will be able to take advantage of a 365 day a year personal concierge service which will take care of anything from booking a restaurant to finding the best tailor.
