A plot in Scotland’s highly exclusive Archerfield luxury residential estate has been sold for £250,000- a quarter of it’s actual value of £1.1 million.
The plot was being developed by builders Gregor Shore but in October the company went into administration. Bad news for Gregor Shore but good news for the bargain hunting family who scooped up the plot!
The house which was purchased is only half finished because builders ceased work on the 5 bedroom house when Gregor Shore went bust, leaving even their spades behind.
Estate Agents Savills are saying that they had to reduce the price of the property down to £250,000 in order to shift it.
The luxury mansions that make up Archerfield Estate cost up to £2 million and residents have access to private golf courses including 2 huge new championship courses.
