Donald Trump’s Palm Beach mansion which sold as America’s most expensive house to the fertilizer magnet Dmitri Rybolovlev is now at the centre of an acrimonious divorce.
Dmitri, a Russian billionaire bought the house for $95m, a full $30m below its asking price. His wife is claiming 50 per cent of the matrimonial estate, a figure she claims will leave her with $6bn to $12bn citing adultery as reason for the divorce.
The house spans over 33,000 sq ft and has direct beach access.
