The Chocouture Diamond Collection is the brainchild of Sweet Endeavours, a luxury chocolatier who specializes in the creation of unique chocolate; the collection is made out of sugar and set in chocolate made with a single-malt Scotch ganache. Each gemlike candy is set in glassine paper inside the faux leather box and sells for $105/ 16 pieces.
